October Footnotes

So time for another awesome link-up. That sounds sarcastic, but I'm not being sarcastic. This link-up is one of my favorites.

It was created by two very clever and wonderful people, Ashley and Emily

For October the prompt is.

a quote that defines or captures the essence of a favorite character

-Kashmir from The Girl from Everywhere

Kashmir is my favorite character from this series. He is a thief, a scoundrel, and a pirate. His relationship with Nix develops well over the course of two books. He is also hilarious. Exactly what I think a young Jack Sparrow would be like.

Highly recommend 'The Girl from Everywhere', and 'The Ship Beyond Time'

  6. Haha! Love this! Now, I've got to read this book. :)

Also, thanks for linking up, and I'm sorry we've not kept the link-up going recently. I disappeared because college tried to eat me alive. . . and I'm thinking Oxford probably tried to do the same to Emily also. D:

No problem, I love doing these. I understand, I don't know how you get anything done.
